Registration, Cancellation, and Billing Policies
Registration for trainRI courses is on a first come — first serve basis.
Students have up to one week prior to the commencement of a course start-up to withdraw without charge. All cancellations must be faxed (401.272.3742) or e-mailed to trainRI. If a withdrawal is submitted less than one week prior to a course start-up date, you will be billed.
Approximately one week prior to the commencement of a course, a confirmation report verifying the status of the course will be emailed to each registered attendee.
At times, a course may be cancelled due to low enrollment. Efforts will be made to reschedule the course. Many times, the course will be offered again during the following session.
Invoices for confirmed courses will be mailed to the billing address indicated on your registration form. You do not need to bring a check with you to your class.
